While employed by The Weber Group, I was responsible for conception and development of package designs, brand and icon development and pre-press production. We specialized in high end 2D and 3D mockups using cutting edge techniques for presentation purposes. I tracked revisions of concepts and maintained meticulous files. I also directed outsourced photo shoots, shot and retouched digital photos in house, and was in charge of all hardware and software purchases for the studio.

I was responsible for teaching basic design skills to students through assigned reading, exercises, and class projects. I routinely gave in-class demonstrations on Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Upon finishing of projects, I would lead discussion of group critiques of student work. Because it was an introductory class, I also taught students the fundamental printing and local networking skills necessary for a classroom environment. I also calculated grades, kept track of attendance and implemented University guidelines.
